**Calistoga Vintner Services** “is working through a capital restructuring involving” two Calistoga wine properties which face foreclosure Oct. 16, founder Jorge H. Anguiano told the Napa Valley Register. He attributed the financial squeeze to broader macroeconomic and industry pressures.”

Notices for the foreclosures show a total of $46.25 million. 

Calistoga Vintner Services is a custom crush operation. The last 12 months, with distribution headwinds, quieter tasting rooms and a broad decline in wine consumption has made for an incredibly tough trading environment and in some cases have made CVS's clients businesses unsustainable. When they shut down, CVS is affected.
