**Annie Taplin** moves up to head integrated communications at **William Grant & Sons** after seven years as director of U.S. communications. Before joining Grant nine years ago, Taplin was an account director with Susan Magrino Agency overseeing the agency's business with Grant. 

She's a graduate of Ohio Northern University with a B.A. in communication arts/public relations and marketing.
