This is the first of a series of weekend interviews about interesting people in the beverage alcohol business. In this case, it's James Hall of Patz & Hall Winery. I was especially attracted to his story because he started a winery, built it up, sold it – and then bought it back. In today's economy, this may be a manual for others.
