Pennsylvania Gov. **Josh Shapiro** signed a bill enabling consumers to purchase spirits ready to drink products where they buy beer and wine. According to the **Distilled Spirits Council of the U.S.,** Shapiro's signature means 10,000 Pennsylvania outlets can start selling these products. The bill takes effect Sept. 15\.
