**Bronco Wine Co**. hired **Kent Mann** as its new Chief Operations Officer. 

With more than four decades of operational and supply chain leadership, Mann joins Bronco after 11 years as VP-Operations for Trinchero Family Estates, where he built and mentored high performing teams across operations and supply chain management.

"Kent's diverse background spanning military service, consumer goods, and the food and beverage industries has given him a uniquely global and cultural perspective on building and leading operations," says **Dom Engels**, Bronco CEO. "With his extensive experience and forward-thinking leadership approach, we are confident he will play a key role in elevating Bronco to even greater heights."
