# CBrands Prices 4.9%Senior Notes

**Constellation Brands** said it priced the public offering prices of $750 million of 4.9% Senior Notes due 2033 at 99.306%. The notes will be senior obligations that rank equally with all of Constellation’s other senior unsecured indebtedness.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
