**David Hirsch** founded **Hirsch Vineyards** when the foggy Sonoma Coast was considered unsuitable for viticulture. Hirsch Vineyards has supplied grapes to Williams Selyem, Kistler and Littorai — helping catapult the remote wine region to global acclaim.
