# Dos Homres Expands Line, Launches Reposado Tequila

[Dos Hombres](https://www.doshombres.com/?ref=bevnews.net) announced the launch of **Dos Hombres Reposado Tequila**, the second tequila expression from the brand in partnership with renowned tequileria **Julio Cova** following the debut of **Dos Hombres Blanco Tequila** in May. SRP:49.99/750ml..

Aged for three months in first-fill American oak barrels before resting an additional 30 days in stainless steel, Dos Hombres Reposado builds on the smooth, approachable character of the brand's Blanco with barrel aging adding greater depth, richness and complexity.

The Reposado represents the latest step in Dos Hombres’ expansion beyond mezcal and its continued investment in tequila. Crafted in partnership with Tequila Tap Distillery in Amatitán, Jalisco, under the direction of maestro tequilero Julio Cova, Dos Hombres Reposado is made from 100% Tequilana Blue Weber agave and deep earth volcanic water.

The agave is cultivated using natural, organic fertilizers, with leaves from the jima harvest returned to the fields to enrich the soil. After harvest, the agave is slowly cooked using a combination of autoclaves and traditional brick ovens, followed by extended open-air fermentation and double distillation in copper and stainless steel stills.

“When we first launched the Blanco, our goal was to show the same obsession with quality and craftsmanship that has always driven Dos Hombres could translate beautifully into tequila,” said co-founder **Bryan Cranston**. “The Reposado gave us the opportunity to take that foundation and add another layer of depth and character,” added fellow co-founder **Aaron Paul**. “We love where it landed. It’s smooth, complex, and still unmistakably Dos Hombres.”

Rich gold in color, Dos Hombres Reposado opens with aromas of cooked agave, and stone fruit, complemented by vanilla, cinnamon, and light American oak. On the palate, warm oak, brown sugar, and fresh almond give way to caramelized orange, cooked agave, and subtle black pepper. A velvety texture leads to a smooth lingering finish.

“I love our Reposado. The decision to use first-fill barrels paid off handsomely, creating a tequila that is layered and complex while still allowing the agave to shine,” said **Julio Cova**. “The additional resting period brings everything together — the agave, oak, and the subtle fruit and spice notes. I’m incredibly excited for people to taste it.”

Dos Hombres Reposado Tequila (40% ABV) will be available beginning September 3, 2026, for a suggested retail price of $49.99 per 750ml bottle.
