**Eisele Vineyard** paid $18.5 million for the 27-acre Alfred Frediani Ranch vineyard property. The purchase increased Eisele's 38 planted vine acres 55%. 

Eisele's100% cabernet sauvignon is listed for sale at $650 a bottle for 1,950 bottles.
