The Kautz family, which owns Ironstone Vineyards, has bought a collection of wines from Allan Lombardi, owner of Thomas Allen Winery. Terms weren't disclosed.

The brands include **Thomas Allen, Hook or Crook Cellars, Provenance Vineyards, Fortitude by Provenance, Red Phoenix, Samuel Lindsay Wines, Landing 63, Weekday Wines** and the canned vodka cocktails brand **Weekday Water.**

“With our vineyard holdings and our production capacity bringing in a new portfolio with recognised brands will help us grow our business, as well as use our own supply of wines,” the family said.

“Our family’s longstanding relationship with Allan Lombardi and his team will help ensure a seamless transition for customers and partners,” **Joan Kautz**, head of global sales and marketing for Ironstone Vineyards said in a press release. “We see tremendous potential to build on each brand’s strengths and expand their reach.”

The Kautz family previously supplied Thomas Allend with wines. They own more than 7,000 acres of vineyards in the Lodi and Sierra Foothills appellations.
