[Jean-Charles Boisset](https://www.winespectator.com/articles/jean-charles-boisset-10266?ref=bevnews.net), president of Boisset Collection, has purchased [Artesa Winery](https://www.winespectator.com/wine/search?submitted=Y&page=1&winery=Artesa&ref=bevnews.net) in Carneros from Raventós Codorníu, the [*Wine Spectator*](https://www.winespectator.com/articles/jean-charles-boisset-purchases-artesa-winery?ref=bevnews.net) reported. The transaction includes the Artesa brand and estate, totaling 350 acres of land, with 150 planted to grapevines across the Carneros and Mt. Veeder appellations, as well as a winery permitted for producing about 190,000 cases of wine annually, a tasting room and existing inventory. Terms weren't disclosed.
