It was Ohio and not retailers that appealed the retailer shipping case to the Supreme Court. The State of Ohio saw its retailer shipping ban overturned by the Sixth Circuit which called it unconstitutional. 

The Supreme Court, for some reason, did not take the case. I don’t think this means the Court agrees with the Sixth Circuit that these bans are unconstitutional any more than it’s denial of cert on cases appealed by retailers means they agree with other courts that the bans are constitutional.

Finally, the court explicitly said in Tennessee Wine that Granhom was about more than just producers and also applied to retailers and wholesalers.
