**Sonoma RSA Inc.**, a Napa engineering firm, alleges **Susan Boswell**, owner of Chateau Boswell stopped paying the firm in March 2022\. The suit is for $110,000 “direct, contract damages, including interest charges,” according to the complaint, filed in Napa County Superior Court. The lawsuit was first reported by *Wine Business.*
