# RNDC Acquires Young Won, a Sake and Soju Distributor, Enters NC

**Republic National Distributing Co.** said it acquired **Young Won Trading Distribution.** Terms weren't disclosed. 

“We’re excited to expand our footprint with this purchase,” said **Bob Hendrickson**, RNDC Chief Operations Officer. “This increases business in Virginia, Maryland, D.C., and Pennsylvania and expands our distribution to North Carolina. We are excited to continue to broaden our beverage portfolio*.”*

Young Won Trading started distributing more than 30 years ago in NC, which is a new opportunity for RNDC. This will increase products of Sake, Soju, Korean Wine, Baijiu, and Asian Beer for RNDC.
