**Terlato Wine Group** named **Gregorio Gutierrez MacAllister** as its chief operating officer, succeeding **Sandra LeDrew**, who retired. Gutierrez is a Diageo veteran, having spent 18 years with that producer in senior roles in North America, Latin America and Europe.

In announcing the new executive, **Bill Terlato**, CEO, noted that "Throughout his career he has demonstrated an ability to build high-performing teams, drive transformational growth, and develop strong partnerships.”
