**WES Brands,** parent of Flecha Azul Tequila and BSB Flavored Whiskey, appointed **Sheldon "Shelly" Stein** chairman of its advisory board. Stein spent the last 13 years as CEO of Glazer’s Distributors and then President of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. He played a crucial role in the merger of Glazer's Distributors and Southern Wine & Spirits to form Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits, the largest U.S. bev/al distributor. 

**Cakebread Cellars** hires **Michael W. Thomas** as chief financial officer. He joins from Foley Family Wines.
