**Martignetti Co.**, New England's leading distributor of wines and spirits, announced several leadership appointments acquisition of Connecticut-based **Hartley & Parker**.

**Michael Blanchard** is promoted to vp-sales, reporting to Chris Conrad, President, Sales and Marketing for Martignetti Companies. Blanchard, is a 15-year Martignetti veteran.

**David Rosenberg** is named senior vp-operations, reporting to Chris Conrad and Dean Crandall, the Company's CFO. 

Leading the Connecticut Sales Team and reporting to Blanchard, are **Matthew Green** who is named assistant vice president-sales, and **Tim Morrell** is named assistant vp-portfolio and pricing management.
