**Giancarlo Bianchetti** , a senior **Concha y Toro** executive for more than 20 years has been named CEO of **Cono Sur Vineyards.** 

**Continuum Estate** promotes **Ashton Leutner** to Director of Viticulture**,** succeeding **Ryan Gerhardt.** Leutnerhas worked with Gerhardt for 15 years.

Groth Vineyards & Winery recruited **Shannon Muraccioli** to be chief of marketing. Most recently she was VP of Consumer Sales & Marketing at Sequoia Grove Winery.

**Three Sticks Wines names** Jeremy Sedaka assistant winemaker and Sarah Kasai senior DTC sales & marketing manager. Most recently, Sedaka was Associate Winemaker for Roth Estate Winery and Assistant Winemaker at Chalk Hill Estate Winery, both part of Foley Family Wines.Kasai joins from Grieve Family Winery and Double Eagle Wines.

**Constellation Brands** named **Mallika Monteiro E**VP, Chief Growth & Digital Officer and Managing Director, Beer Brands. **Matt Lindsay** was named SVP, Chief Marketing Officer – Beer Division. **Greg Gallagher** has been appointed SVP, Brand Marketing.

**Rene Ramos** was named SVP, Brand Activation and **John Kester** has been appointed SVP, Chief Supply Chain Officer – Beer.

In Constellation's innovation, consumer insights and digital unit, **Andrew Zrike** has been appointed SVP, Innovation & Consumer Insights for the company’s beer and wine and spirits businesses. **Karena Breslin** has assumed expanded responsibilities as SVP, Digital, Transformation & Media.

Mike McGrew has assumed expanded responsibilities for corporate strategy and analytics, in addition to leading the company’s communications areas.

Sandy Dominach has assumed expanded responsibilities as SVP, Beer Finance; **Joe Suar**ez has been appointed SVP, Investor Relations, and Steve King has been appointed SVP, Corporate Development, and Financial Planning & Analytics.

**Crimson Wine Group** names **Adam Howell** chief financial officer. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting, for the Duckhorn Portfolio, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-listed wine company that he joined in 2018\.
