**Heaven Hill Brands** hires **Matt Blevins** as chief marketing officer, assuming the role now held by co-president Kate Latts. He joins from Brown-Forman where he has been vp-global brand director for Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey, leading the brand as it became the most valuable global spirits trademarkk in 2021.

**Quintessential** hires **Karen d'Amour** as a regional sales manager in the Dallas-Fort Worth Mtroplex and **Chad Pobuda** as regional sales manager in Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Nebraska and Iowa. Chad succeeds Jeff Kanter, who is retiring after 25 years.
