# Wonderful Co. Affiliates Buy Vineyard from Vintage Wine Estates

**Estate Vineyards LLC** and **TVP Acquisition Co. LLC**, both affiliates of **The Wonderful Co.** amd **Justin Resnick** have purchased a 42-acre vineyard from **Vintage Wine Estates** for about $11 million. 

The name of the vineyard wasn't disclosed. But Clos Pegase, a Vintage winery, has owned a 42-acre vineyard , Tenma Vine, off Palisades Road.
