Black Button Breaks Ground on New $5 Million Distillery

Black Button Distillery, Rochester, N.Y., broke ground on a new 28,000-square-foot distillery and tasting room.  That's nearly six times the craft distiller's 5,000-square-foot current shop and will allow production to jump to 4,500 barrels a year from 1,000.

The producer’s portfolio includes Four Grain Straight Bourbon, Bespoke Bourbon Cream, and Citrus Forward gin.

In February 2019, Constellation Brands acquired a minority stake in Black Button Distilling for an undisclosed sum.
