The former vice president for corporate social responsibility retired from Anheuser-Busch InBev a few years ago to become a teacher.  So when we heard about the school shooting yesterday, the first question in our mind was, "Is Carol Clark safe?"  She is.  It turns out she's teaching about 1-1/2 hours west of  St. Louis.  Another teacher, a man, was, unfortunately, the victim of the 19-year-old murderer.

One has to wonder just how long before the political class decides this has gone on long enough.  Since 1962, there have been 182 shootings resulting in 1,309 deaths.
