Duckhorn Portfolio said Adam Copley has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, effective Feb. 2. He succeeds Catherine Sullivan, who has served as the Interim General Counsel since May 2025 and will continue as the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Business Affairs.  He most recently served as General Counsel and Head of Human Resources at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates.
