Following the company’s merger with Republic Beverage Company, Mr. Block became vice chairman and later a partner of RNDC, playing a meaningful role in shaping the organization’s growth and values.
In recognition of his enduring impact on business and the state of Texas, he was inducted into the Texas Business Hall of Fame in 2023—one of the highest honors bestowed on business leaders in the state.
His daughter, Stephanie Block, serves on RNDC’s Board of Directors.
