Ex-Winery Employee Arrested in $10,000 Wine Theft

Jose Humberto Martinez said he took the wine and a van in which it was placed to insure he was paid his back wages.  Napa County Sheriff's Office booked him into the Napa County jail, charged with grand theft, vehicle theft and receiving stolen property.  The name of the winery wasn't disclosed.
