Proxies, a producer and marketer of "wine alternatives" – that non- or low-alcohol in a fancier way of speaking – collaborated with Dominique Crenn, a Michelin-stared chef to create a limited edition.  Dominique x Proxies' Petanque features a riesling grape base rounded out by herbal and floral notes as well as a trio of teas.

It was created to pair with seafood and vegetable-forward menus, such as are served at Crenn's restaurant, Atelier Crenn.  The new bottle will launch exclusively via the Proxies Club and is available for pre-order.
