Pursuit Spirits Expands to Ohio

Pursuit Spirits has launched Pursuit United Bourbon and Pursuit United Rye in Ohio.

Ohio is the fourth largest domestic whiskey market in the US (behind California, Texas and Florida) and sold over 1.375 million cases of American Whiskey in 2021.  “Our main goal is to create an attractive marketplace for suppliers of high-proof spirits, and Ohio is certainly booming in the whiskey category,” said Jim Canepa, Superintendent of the Ohio Division of Liquor.  “We are thrilled that Pursuit Spirits has chosen to be a part of Ohio’s thriving and exciting bourbon environment.”

To kickstart distribution across the state, Pursuit Spirits and Ohio Liquor will host six regional events in Toledo, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati where enthusiasts can sample Pursuit United Bourbon and Pursuit United Rye while getting the chance to meet Kenny Coleman and Ryan Cecil. Bottle sales will begin at the start of the event and will be available until sold out.
