Reyes Beer to Acquire Capital Wright Distributing Assets

Reyes Beer Division said it agreed to acquire the assets of Capitol Wright Distributing,  a 16 million cases a year wholesaler representing Molson Coors, Constellation, Boston Beer, Mike's, Diageo, HUSA, Pabst, Gambinus and local brewers such as Thirsty Planet and Saint Arnold.

Reyes Beer Division said it will operate the business as Capitol Reyes Distributing LLC and will maintain the distribution facility in Manor, Tex.
