Summit Beverage, Missoula, Mont., said it agreed to acquire the Montana assets of Hayden Beverage Co. Hayden will continue to operate separately in Idaho. Terms weren't disclosed. Closing is expected on Feb. 8.

This strategic move enhances Summit Beverage’s statewide presence, expanding operational capacity and market reach, while maintaining continuity for customers, suppliers, and employees. The acquisition will further strengthen Summit Beverage’s portfolio, across all categories, to offer customers even more choice and variety of quality, well-positioned brands.

The transition supports their continued investment in people, facilities, and service levels across the state. “This acquisition represents an important step in our long-term strategy to increase our statewide presence throughout Montana,” said Greg Markovich, President at Summit Beverage. “By bringing Hayden Beverage Co,’s Montana assets into our organization, we’re better positioned to deliver consistent execution, reliable service, and expanded support for our supplier partners and retail customers.”
