Cakebread Cellars hires Gina Charbonneau as vp-culture and talent development.  She joins Cakebread from Francis Ford Coppola Winery where she was executive vp-people operations.  She has certifications in in diversity and inclusion, training intervention procedures, and agile performance management. She is also active in many industry organizations including Women of the Vine and Spirits, Wine Women, and the Northern California Human Resources Association.

Truett-Hurst Inc. hires Emilie Eliason as CEO, succeeding Paul Dolan III, a co-founder of the company who will remain on the board of directors.  Eliason joins from Geodesy Wine, where she was general manager.

Zamora Company USA, the U.S. operating company of the Madrid-based owner of popular wine and spirits brands, promotes Juan Vega to National Sales Director, a now position, effective Sept. 4, from Eastern Region Sales Director, responsible for the company’s growing portfolio of brands, including Licor 43, Yellow Rose Whiskey, Double Cross Vodka, Martin Miller’s Gin, and Ramón Bilbao wines.
