Martignetti Co., New England's leading distributor of wines and spirits, announced several leadership appointments acquisition of Connecticut-based Hartley & Parker.

Michael Blanchard is promoted to vp-sales, reporting to Chris Conrad, President, Sales and Marketing for Martignetti Companies. Blanchard, is a 15-year Martignetti veteran.

David Rosenberg is named senior vp-operations, reporting to Chris Conrad and Dean Crandall, the Company's CFO.

Leading the Connecticut Sales Team and reporting to Blanchard, are Matthew Green who is named assistant vice president-sales, and Tim Morrell is named assistant vp-portfolio and pricing management.
