Andis Wines, Plymouth, Calif., hires Natalie Nicastro to be regional sales manager for  seven Southeastern states, being North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Georgia, Virginia, Florida, Maryland and Delaware.  She joins from Johnson Brothers.

The Wine Group names three new C-Suite executives:

• Jennifer Evans joins as Chief Financial Officer.  She joins from KEEN, where she supported the footwear company’s growth into a global lifestyle brand. She succeeds Tim Wiesner, who retired after 14 years with the company
• Mike Donich is promoted to Chief Operations Officer from EVP-Operations.  He replaces Brott Ritzel, who is retiring.
• Helen Kurtz joins as Chief Marketing Officer.  Most recently, she was Senior Vice President and General Manager at Calavo Growers, where she led improved management practices, strategy, and innovation. Kurtz replaces retiring CMO Jeff Dubiel.
