Distilled Spirits Council of the U.S. hires Denzel McGuire chief of federal and state government relations, effective Jan. 25. She served as chief policy advisor  to Sen. Mitch McConnell, deputy chief of staff to Sen. Jon Kyl and chief of staff to Sen. Judd Gregg. She also has worked in the Office of Management and Budget.

Riboli Family Wines names third generation family member Steve Riboli as President and CEO. Santo Riboli, former president and eldest of the 3rd generation, will move into the role of Chairman of the Board. Anthony Riboli was appointed as Officer of the Board in addition to his winemaker duties.

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits (Southern Glazer's)promoted Lee Brian Schrager has been promoted to Chief Communications Officer.
