Wonderful Co. Affiliates Buy Vineyard from Vintage Wine Estates

Estate Vineyards LLC and TVP Acquisition Co. LLC, both affiliates of The Wonderful Co. amd Justin Resnick have purchased a 42-acre vineyard from Vintage Wine Estates for about $11 million.   The name of the vineyard wasn't disclosed.  But Clos Pegase, a Vintage winery, has owned a 42-acre vineyard

Estate Vineyards LLC and TVP Acquisition Co. LLC, both affiliates of The Wonderful Co. amd Justin Resnick have purchased a 42-acre vineyard from Vintage Wine Estates for about $11 million.  

The name of the vineyard wasn't disclosed.  But Clos Pegase, a Vintage winery, has owned a 42-acre vineyard , Tenma Vine, off  Palisades Road.
