2 Calistoga Wine Properties Face Foreclosure

Calistoga Vintner Services “is working through a capital restructuring involving” two Calistoga wine properties which face foreclosure Oct. 16, founder Jorge H. Anguiano told the Napa Valley Register. He attributed the financial squeeze to broader macroeconomic and industry pressures.”

Notices for the foreclosures show a total of $46.25 million.
