A-B Turns Combine Harvester into a Mobile Bar to Show Support for Farmers

Anheuser-Busch launches a 10-ton, 400-plus-square-foot mobile bar engineered from a real combine harvester.

Standing as a physical extension of A-B's milestone U.S. Farmed certification and timed to coincide with America’s 250th birthday, this unique campaign encourages consumers to support American farmers by choosing products made with U.S.-grown ingredients.

Serving as a massive “thank you” to American farmers, key details of the campaign include:

  • Commitment to U.S. Ingredients: The initiative champions the U.S. Farmed seal across flagship brands featured on the ComBar: Budweiser, Bud Light, and Busch Light. This certification guarantees at least 95% of agricultural ingredients are sourced from farms in the United States. The campaign reinforces A-B's commitment to purchasing high-quality American-grown barley, rice, corn, and hops, and to doing our part to ensure a vibrant U.S. farming sector for generations to come.
  • Massive Agricultural Investment: The campaign underscores A-B’s deep partnerships with 700 American farmers and our $700 million annual investment in high-quality, U.S.-grown ingredients that form the foundation of its brewing tradition.
  • ComBar on Tour: The ComBar will embark on a nationwide summer tour popping up at major agricultural events and cultural touchpoints, bringing national attention to the farm-to-glass journey and celebrating the growers behind our iconic American beers.

Cesar Vargas, Chief External Affairs Officer, Anheuser-Busch said: “Anheuser-Busch invests $700 million sourcing from 700 American farmers each year because we know that great beer begins with the
highest-quality, U.S.-grown ingredients.

"The ComBar brings that commitment to life in a way only Anheuser-Busch can—by transforming an iconic symbol of the harvest into a celebration of the people who make our beers possible. We’re rolling it out this summer to remind people to ‘Choose Beer Grown Here’ and support the growers behind every sip—because that’s who we are.”
