American Airlines Downgrades to Sparkling Wine from Champagne in First, Business Class

American Airlines passengers will be served a Ferrari brut from Tretino, Italy, rather than bubbles from Champange. The Ferrari brut is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes, as is Ruinart's Blanc de Blancs Champagne. And it's produced the same way, so the change so be minimally noticeable.
