Angry Orchard to Pick Up Tab for Drinkers Who Tie Cherry Stem into Knot with Tongue

It's a classic bar trick, and only 15% of those who try are able to do it – tie a cherry stem into a knot using only your tongue.

To celebrate Angry Orchard's Hardcore Dark Cherry Apple Imperial Hard Cider, and just in time for drinkers to flood local watering holes for St. Patrick's Day and Spring Break, Angry Orchard is hosting the Hardcore Cherry Challenge and will pick up the tab for drinkers who can complete the task. So, grab a cherry from your local bartender and see if you're up for the challenge!

To enter, a consumer simply shares a video of himself on social tying a cherry stem into a knot with his tongue using #HardcoreCherryChallenge and tagging @AngryOrchard. Angry Orchard will select winners at random and surprise them with eight six-packs of the 8% ABV Angry Orchard Hardcore. An entrant who completes the challenge in under eight seconds may receive $8,000 in cold, hard cash and a year's supply of Hardcore. The contest will be open from to March 27 and winners will be notified via direct message from the official @AngryOrchard social channels or by email.
