Calif. Gov. Signs Bill Extending Cocktails-to-Go Until 2029

Cocktails to go will remain legal in California until 2029 after Gov. Gavin Newsom signed AB2663. Cocktails to‑go were temporarily permitted in California during the COVID‑19 pandemic to help businesses stay afloat and provide flexibility for consumers, but that ability was set to expire in December. “Adult consumers can continue to enjoy hand-crafted cocktails from their favorite restaurants in the comfort of their homes for another three years,” said Adam Smith, vvp-state government relation

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits has officially surpassed $3 million raised in support of pediatric cancer research, reaching a major milestone in its 15-year partnership with the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation (NPCF).
