Good Morning, and Happy Wednesday! It's November 22, 2023, the day before Thanksgiving Day.

We're thankful every single day for your continued loyalty and support, and hope to continue to serve you for many more years.

With the world in so much chaos this year – from Ukraine to Gaza to three large bank failures earlier this year and the collapse of FTX and the chaos at OpenAI – I'll be reading, as I have since my sophomore year in college, The Wall Street Journal's timeless Thanksgiving editorials, "The Desolate Wilderness," a reminder of the trials faced by immigrants over the centuries whether they came to Virginia in 1619 , to New England in 1620, or this year as refugees, and its companion, "And The Fair Land," first published in 1961, a reminder that for all our social discord the United States yet remains the longest enduring society of free men governing themselves without benefit of kings or dictators.
