Classic Whisky Sour
Ingredients: * 1.5 oz Crown Royal Fine De Luxe * 0.75 oz Lemon Juice * 0.75 oz Simple Syrup * 1 Egg White (or Egg White Substitution) * 3 dashes Aromatic bitters Directions: Add Crown Royal Deluxe, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and aromatic bitters to an ice-filled shaker. Shake until

- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White (or Egg White Substitution)
- 3 dashes Aromatic bitters
Directions: Add Crown Royal Deluxe, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and aromatic bitters to an ice-filled shaker. Shake until chilled and then strain back into the shaker. Shake again without ice then strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with cherries and a lemon peel.
