U.S. Beer Shipments Fall 5.1% in August; YTD Slips 5.1%

Separately, Beer Institute estimated domestic shipments for August at14.2 billion barrels, down 5.1% compared to the 14.9 million barrels reported by TTB for August 2022. This brings year-to-date estimates totaling an estimated 104 million barrels, down 6.2% (and approximately 6.9 million barrels) from the same months last year.
