High Court Rejects Retailer Appeal on N.C. Ban on Retail DtC

The U.S. Supreme Court rejected without comment an appeal in which an out-of-state retailer claimed the North Carolina state law regulating instate retail sales violates the dormant ommerce clause of the U.S Constitution.
