Martignetti Cos. to Acquire Hartley & Parker

Martignetti Cos. said it agreed to acquire Hartley & Parker Ltd., Inc. in Connecticut, further expanding the Company’s footprint in New England.

Hartley & Parker, based in Stratford, is a premiere statewide distributor of fine wines and spirits, owned by the Rosenberg family.  The Company has been servicing the Connecticut market for more than 80 years.  Its portfolio consists of more than 6,000 brands from around the world and serves more than 5,000 on and off premise accounts across the state.  

Over the course of its history, Hartley & Parker has been recognized for its integrity, superior support to their customers and supplier partners and for their commitment to nearly 200 associates.  With this acquisition in Connecticut, Martignetti extends its distribution footprint across New England, and will now be the only wine and spirits distributor with operations in all six states in the region.
