Moon Distributors to Acquire RNDC Arkansas Operations

Moon Distributors and Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) announced that they have entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) for Moon Distributors to acquire RNDC’s Arkansas operations. Terms weren't disclosed.

Moon Distributors has served Arkansas since 1935 and is one of the state’s longest-standing beverage alcohol distributors. The company remains family-owned and operated, with a long history of serving suppliers, retailers, and consumers across Arkansas.
