Napa Winery Sued For Not Paying Bills

Sonoma RSA Inc., a Napa engineering firm, alleges Susan Boswell, owner of Chateau Boswell stopped paying the firm in March 2022.  The suit is for $110,000 “direct, contract damages, including interest charges,” according to the complaint, filed in Napa County Superior Court. The lawsuit was first reported by Wine Business.
