Palm Bay International Announces New Distributor Deals Across 26 States

Palm Bay International, which announced a strategic partnership with Republic National Distributing Co. in April 2024, said it signed with Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in 15 states and Reyes Beverage Group for 11 states. SGWS already represents Palm Bay in six states.

“The wholesale landscape has changed fundamentally, and it demands a fundamentally different approach,” said Marc Taub, Palm Bay president/CEO. “Together with these partners we’re continuing to build a distribution network grounded in market-by-market execution capabilities.

"Southern Glazer’s and Reyes Beverage Group bring complementary strengths across very different territories and together with our network of long-established regional partnerships, they give our portfolio the depth of reach and quality of service our brands and supplier partners deserve,” he added.
