Reyes Beverage Closes on RNDC Units

Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) today announced the successful closing of the transaction involving 11 RNDC markets transitioning to Reyes Beverage Group (Reyes).

The completed transaction includes the following markets: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. The transaction in Hawaii is still subject to receipt of certain remaining regulatory approvals.
