RNDC Acquires Young Won, a Sake and Soju Distributor, Enters NC

Republic National Distributing Co. said it acquired Young Won Trading Distribution. Terms weren't disclosed.

“We’re excited to expand our footprint with this purchase,” said Bob Hendrickson, RNDC Chief Operations Officer. “This increases business in Virginia, Maryland, D.C., and Pennsylvania and expands our distribution to North Carolina. We are excited to continue to broaden our beverage portfolio.”

Young Won Trading started distributing more than 30 years ago in NC, which is a new opportunity for RNDC. This will increase products of Sake, Soju, Korean Wine, Baijiu, and Asian Beer for RNDC.
