Sazerac to Acquire Buzzballz

Sazerac Co. agreed to acquire Buzzballz LLC, a woman-owned and family-operated distillery, winery and brewery in Texas. Terms weren't disclosed. Buzzballz's ready-to-drink products are packaged in colorful spherical containers that stand out on retail shelves.
